This is a the story of the daring liberation of a small French village by New Zealand soldiers, in the last week of WW1. It's not just a war story, but also about the aroha the village still has for us as a country and a people. It's more than a war story, more than a history lesson, it's a beautiful human story, which over 100 years on, still means so much, to the New Zealand and French people.
